i thought that since i wasn't buying her expensive things and dinners, or bragging about money, cars, clothes and hoes, i wasnt trying to impress her. but really i was. it was a different form of trying to impress, but it was still a form of trying to impress.

Good observation.

I do like to go out with an entourage though, it makes the night more fun and adds to the competition. If I meet a chick to take home, I'm always ditching my boys for the chick and they know, expect and understand this.

Spot on. I finally understood what Assanova means when he says, you have to be pretty much direct when getting girls to leave.
a) sex must be implied (not explicitly)
b) it must be only you two. no roommates, no friends, no buddies, no female friends, none of that shit
c) women need excuse to leave with a guy to not look like a slut. hence, no need to have everyone watch you leave. when she leaves with you she wants everyone think you two are couple.

It finally came to me, how to pull girls from bars.

LOL. When are men going to understand this fact?

If the woman is IN A BAR she's already looking for "just some dick".

Women have the same sexual needs that men do and when they are looking for "Mr. Right" they don't go to a bar to do it.

I don't understand what men think women are there for if not sex?
